Please be aware from September 29th 2025, a £5 fee (+VAT) will apply for every completed VBS appointment. Missed appointment and late cancellation charges will both be charged at £40 per appointment.
You will need to be registered for autopay within the VBS application to book your appointment. Please ensure booking accuracy to ensure swift entry to the terminal.
